Jacqueline Ruck
At age three, Jacqueline began studying piano and fell in love with
all things musical. She soon enrolled in ballet and jazz dance lessons,
which helped her develop a confident stage presence. She has studied
singing with the Royal Conservatory of Music and has training in both
classical and pop genres of music and has also taken drum lessons from
the Conservatory. Always feeling at home on stage, Jacqueline has sung
for weddings, national conferences, Senators, MPs and other dignitaries
and in local venues and festivals. Jacqueline enjoys not only performing
but also writing music and recording. She has been teaching at The
Ottawa Conservatory since 2002 and works hard to ensure that each lesson
is a fun, challenging and rewarding experience for each individual
student.
