The Ottawa Vocal & Dance Academy Policies
* Lessons are payed monthly in advance at the beginning of each month.
* 24 hours notice must be given if you are going to be absent.
* Please leave a message on our 24 hr answering system if you are sick to avoid being charged.
* If 24 hrs notice has been given, a makeup will be given to you.
* Missed lessons do not excuse payment.
* Missed lessons cannot be credited to the next month.
* Late payments will incur an administration charge of $5.00
* Two weeks notice must be given upon termination of your lessons.
* Makeups are given to a total of 3 per year September to June
A one time $25.00 registration fee must be paid when registering. If a 2nd family member registers at the same time, there is a $10.00 fee for the 2nd member. This fee is not an annual fee and remains on record for life.
* Should a student not be able to come to their regular time slot due to sports or other activities, we will make every effort to find another time slot. Failing that, we will assign you makeup dates. Failing that, you will be on a waiting list for a permanent time. Refunds for lessons not taken due to these circumstances will not be given.
