Having a party, reception, meeting or banquet? Why not rent our Performance Room? It can accommodate up to 70 guests with optional banquet tables. Audio and visual equipment is hard wired in and we can supply you with a technician. The room is ideal for Teacher recitals, with an upright piano, wireless mics and headsets, Cd players, and video cameras for recording the show. Call us at 613-722-1010 for booking information.

The Performance Room can be rented out for any type of event. The rental hall has a capacity of 70 people, when set up banquet style, and 100 when set up theatre style with folding chairs. It has a P.A., dance floor, a great atmosphere, stage and sophisticated lighting, a 24 foot projection screen with projector for video viewings and an all laminate floor. Simply put, the hall is a great room for concerts, film screenings, script readings, birthdays, receptions, etc..

You must also purchase a special occasion liquor license if you're doing your own bar. The license may be purchased at any Liquor Store, and must be submitted to us prior to the event.. The rental fee includes 1 custodian security staff. The renter is to supply another security person and any extra bar staff they may think is necessary.

As of January 1, 2010 renters are responsible for liability insurance.

If you host your own bar, you are required to obtain liability insurance. You can choose to be insured under our insurance at a cost of $150.00, or you may find your own.

Damage Deposit $200.00 due when the contract is signed, and refundable by cheque.

Although we ask for a damage deposit, we trust that the responsible renter ensures their party guests don’t get out of hand especially when alcohol is present.
