From Edmonton, Brandon moved to Ottawa in 2012 and graduated from Carleton in 2016 with Bachelor of Music in Performance on classical flute and from the University of Ottawa in 2019 with a Bachelor of Education with Music as his primary teachable. Brandon has taught a wide range of students from young beginners to late learners. With experience both in private lessons and conducting a concert band, Brandon is comfortable in creating individualized lessons and goals for every learner. 

Outside of teaching music, Brandon’s various hobbies include performing in musicals, which include Spring Awakening, Avenue Q, and American Idiot, playing board games, and cooking dishes from his mother’s old cookbook.
